Police Officer Struck In Bushwick in hit-and-run, with perp search

 

Bushwick - A police officer on a scooter was struck in a hit-and-run at Myrtle Avenue and Evergreen Avenue in bushwick on Tuesday afternoon.

The officer was transported by police escort to the Bellevue Hospital with minor injuries and is listed in stable condition.

The driver from the car a Dodge charger fled the scene, Police issued a Level one mobilization in regards.

After a heavy search by NYPD ESU K-9 and assisted by aviation, Police located him at 53 Troutman Street, and was arrested. A second perp that was also wanted was voluntary surrender
