Overturned Vehicle On East 23 St In Flatbush

Flatbush - FDNY & Hatzolah responded Thursday morning to East 23rd Street & Avenue J to the scene of a motor vehicle accident were on vehicle has overturned.

Occupant was treated by Hatzolah with minor injuries.
