Fatal Crash On The Gowanus Expressway

 

Brooklyn. A serious crash left a woman dead on the Gowanus Expressway last night.

The accident happened around 11:30pm Wednesday on the Gowanus Expressway at 86th Street, when the black BMW lost control and crashed into the rear of a tractor trailer, the 30 y/o female victim was trapped inside the vehicle and was pronounced dead on the scene.

EMS transported the male driver of the vehicle in stable condition and has been arrested for DWI.


NYPD Collision Investigation Squad was on scene investigating this crash.
